FAQ

Why Did My Credit Card Payment Fail?

If your credit card payment was declined at checkout, it may be due to our system’s security measures designed to prevent potential fraud.

Here are a few solutions you can try:

1. Double-check your payment details

Make sure all information is entered correctly, including:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Billing address
  • Security code (CVC)

Incorrect details (especially CVC, ZIP code, or address mismatch) may cause the payment to be declined.

2. Contact your bank

Call the number on the back of your card and inform them that you are authorizing this transaction.
Once approved, please try placing your order again.

3. Try another card

Payment may fail due to insufficient funds or bank restrictions.
You can try using a different credit or debit card.

4. Use PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, we recommend checking out via PayPal for a smoother payment experience.

5. Pay with Credit Card via PayPal (No Account Needed)

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal — no registration required.

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Select PayPal at checkout
(Even if you don’t have a PayPal account)

Step 2. Click “Complete Order”

Step 3. You will be redirected to the PayPal page

Step 4. Choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”

Step 5. Enter your card details and complete the payment as a guest

This method allows you to securely pay by card without creating a PayPal account.
